When I purchased my SUV second-hand, I was promised Free Oil Changes for Life. Don't be fooled by that read the fine print. They tell me, yes but you have to keep the maintenance up. So every time I go in they find something wrong with my SUV and tell me I need it like a brake flush. 250.00. I said no. I since asked 2 other Certified Mechanics and they said since my car had only 37,000.KM on it it wasn't necessary for that Brake Flush. I also looked on the Internet and it says 48000 KM before the car needs a brake flush. The 2 other certified mechanics I asked the price and they said around 100.00 which is 150.00 less than Wolfe wanted. They also said an air filter and I agree however they didn't show me the air filter I was told it was put back on the car. They didn't bother taking it off again to show me nor did they send me a picture of it while in service. NOTHING is for free they try to get you on what they call maintenance if not they take you off the free oil life program. Well, we purchased an air filter and changed it ourselves. Lube X and all those places charge 105.00 for a full synthetic oil change. So don't fall for these free oil changes for life. I can't afford to go there every time it is always something else I need. However, when I take it to another certified mechanic the stories don't match. Good luck I only have to do 2 oil changes per year if that so LUBE X or JIFFY LUBE here I come. The funny thing was I was thinking of trading it off that day. Mine is a 2021 with 37.000 km on it. When I left my car there I talked to a salesman about a Buick I had seen he said oh yes he would have it up front when I got back so I could look at it and get my SUV appraised when I returned to get my car no Buick up front to see I asked the salesman Danny and he said oh he didn't know I would be back that soon so hadn't done nothing but he would right away. I am a handicapped person and was tired by then and I thought he didn't take me seriously so I didn't think I should take him seriously.so I said not that day as I was going home.When I first asked about the appraisal and the Buick he didn't even ask me my name nor did he tell me his name. There are other dealerships I shall look around. More

Every time I go to Wolfe GMC, 18325 Stony Plain Rd, Edmonton, I have to fight for what I was promised. I have bought my last two SUVs there. The last time I took my Terrain there for an oil change, I g Edmonton, I have to fight for what I was promised. I have bought my last two SUVs there. The last time I took my Terrain there for an oil change, I got home, and they phoned to say it needed a cabin filter, so I said if it needed it, that was okay. Oil changes are free. Of course, now I have a bill. I went there to pick my Terrain up and asked to see my old cabin filter. Guess what they tell me it has already been thrown out. So I asked to see my new one all she did was show me where it goes in behind the glove box but never showed me the filter. The next day Don the manager and I talked and we got that all sorted out and my money was refunded. Then the time I took it in for an oil change and Renee told me GMC needs this work done so your warranty stays good. That bill was over 300.00 how come I was never notified of this beforehand? I phoned on Oct.22/2024 the receptionist put me through to somebody she never told me her name I made an appt. for my SUV for Cot.23.2024. I have a certain amount I pay all the time that was promised to me. The lady looked it up and said yes that would be the price be there before 10 AM on Oct.23.2024. So Oct.23.2024 I took my SUV in and again the service lady told me there was no appt. and they were swamped. I said well let's find the lady that made the appt. Anyway, she proceeded and told me the price was 20.00 more I said no I was promised a price forever. She says well our prices have gone up. So I asked to see the manager she said to go wait in the waiting room then. So I was waiting and waiting I asked the girls sitting there if the manager was in they so no he's not coming in today. So I went back to service and asked what was going on she said he's coming. Then Dean came he was the shop manager the only one there today. He was a very nice man I explained and he said he would honor the price I was given. I said I wanted him to find out the lady I talked to that was supposed to have booked the appt. He said he would get to the bottom of it all. This should have been a simple drive in the service bay and drop my keys off. But it is never that way at Wolfe GMC. I can just imagine the next time I take it in for an oil change what they are going to add to my bill. I am so very disappointed. I am an older crippled person and everytime I go there I have to come home and take a calm me down pill as they upset me everytime and it is always a fight. It shouldn't be like this. If you are looking for a New or Used vehicle I highly recommend Wolfe Gmc Buick over any dealership in the edmonton or surrounding areas. If your looking to get screwed and lied to go check out ron hodgson or the other gm dealerships and ask to speak to one of there sideways talking lot lizards but if you want the best sales specialist that ive ever had I highly recommend Milly Muhammad at wolfe because he tells the truth, gets you the best deals, and after you buy the vehicle he still helps you out not like the rest. He is not a lot lizard like rest. I will be referring everyone I know and will meet to milly before ever send them to anyone else. If Millys busy than wait. You will not regret this dealing with him I can guarantee that. I regret every truck I bought off anyone else now milly will be my family's sales advosor.
