They told me online I had the car I picked out and everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me the card they said I couldn't have the car because my credit or whatever but they ran the credit online before I even went down there so how can you tell me I'm going to have it when you promise me and I ubered my way there and I had to Uber back cuz I was stuck out there they're very mean and very rude because they shouldn't tell people that they have a car if they don't I already did the application everything online so I should have been approved right there all I needed was the paperwork to sign More

Great place to buy your new car. I had an outstanding experience, and they have great selection of inexpensive used vehicles also. I was told I was buying one model and the car was actually a different model. While I love the car, there are features I was expecting and were not available on this model. I felt service was lacking actually a different model. While I love the car, there are features I was expecting and were not available on this model. I felt service was lacking and very dissatisfied with the lack of response when I was concerned of a problem and needed clarification and it was awhile before I received a call which helped put me at ease. While I realize it is never an easy transaction, so much money is at stake, I expected more professional customer service. Especially when there is a problem I think even when a situation is uncomfortable every effort should be made to put the customer at ease. More

Biggest waste of my time. These people had me waiting 3 weeks for a Camry XSE to come in, which is fine except for the fact that they failed to even return my calls. I’ve had to call 3 times over the cours weeks for a Camry XSE to come in, which is fine except for the fact that they failed to even return my calls. I’ve had to call 3 times over the course of 2 days just to get an update and figure out a time I can come in for an appointment. Every time they said they would call me back, but I never received any calls back from them. I’ve spoken to Dan, Ryan, and Reggie. All of these men have failed to answer or return my phone calls. I wasted 3 weeks that I could’ve gone elsewhere to find a car thanks to these men. This lack of respect for their customers is why I’ve decided to go through another Toyota dealership. I hope others have a better experience at the Roseville Toyota. More
