First accessed the internet for pricing and Dianne Smith was quick and friendly with her response, I met Reid Robertson who had been recommended by two co-workers. I must say it is not often you walk into a dealership and do not feel the pressure sales people - my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experienced and the test drive of the Lincoln MKX was superb. It was short but good visit, to the point and no pressure.
