The Staff’s (who is in a higher position) behavior was unpleasant when I arrived to cancel my vehicle order and request a refund of my $500 deposit. As a customer an experience from a person in that posit unpleasant when I arrived to cancel my vehicle order and request a refund of my $500 deposit. As a customer an experience from a person in that position really degrades the face value of the company. He informed me that the deposit is only refundable upon receiving the vehicle, contrary to what I was initially told by the financial manager that I could cancel at any time and get a refund, after long arguments they gave my deposit back. As a customer I don’t expect to be treated rudely.I Won’t recommend this place to any one future. More

TERRIBLE! !! STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE!! I purchased my 2016 tucson from here and it has been nothing but problems. I have now had the car for almost 2 years, 2 yea !! STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE!! I purchased my 2016 tucson from here and it has been nothing but problems. I have now had the car for almost 2 years, 2 years of horrible headaches. The car started drinking oil like crazy, as in a litre a week, so I brought it in and they decided to do an oil consumption test. I had to bring my car in every thousand kilometres and, since I moved, I lived an hour away from the closest Hyundai. So everyday on my 1 day off a week I drove an hour there and an hour back. Then when i moved back home, this Hyundai told me none of those consumption tests were transferable to this Hyundai? In the end, I had to call Owen Sound and ask them to fax that xxxx over and my car was averaging 1 litre of oil or more every week. But according to Finch that is in their "acceptable range". COOL COOL. So I brought the car to my uncles garage and asked finch for all the records they have on my car for my uncle to look at. THEY USED THE WRONG OIL 6/8 TIMES THEY DID MY OIL CHANGE. MY CAR IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 5W20 AND THEY PUT 0W20 or 5W30.. depending how they were feeling that day i guess. All in all, lesson learned, STAY AWAY More
