Once the time was right, everything was completely seamless. I asked a lot of questions and he answered every single one with kindness and patience, even the ones that were probably a little silly. He helped me get out of a tough situation and into a beautiful new car, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Pickup day was just as smooth. Everyone was so kind and made me feel like I was the most important person there. Even the small things stood out, like Randy opening my car door when we hopped in to go over all the features.
