Everything went smoothly. Their waiting area was very inviting. My only negative was that the service took a bit longer than I was told. On the plus side I was informed that Tim Lally accepts credit cards without charging the 3% surcharge which previously had me seeking service elsewhere! More

My husband waited for almost 2 hours for this oil change. Arrived at 3:30 per our appointment and did not leave until 5:30. They did not do the tire rotation in the service due to a missing lug nut? How does a CHEVY dealership not have a part for a CHEVY modeled vehicle. When I got my last change at a Buick dealership this was not an issue, so that’s unacceptable. He waited 10 minutes to even be seen when he arrived. We were charged $40 for our service that is fully covered on our Fidelity Warranty. I only had positive experiences before here I am very disappointed in the service this time. More

I don't know who Henry is. My sales Agent was Brandon, who was very kind, informative, and did an exceptional job in helping me find a good car.
