On another occasion while on his day off he asked if he could switch to video mode so he can use his hands to paddle and still talk to me while he was out kayaking. That kind of service and dedication makes an impression and it matters. Now that we have the vehicle which works and drives amazingly, i have confidence that my calls will not go unanswered if anything comes up.
