Joey is very unprofessional. Please visit us in the Sales Department and ask for myself. Me - did not have a 9am appointment and your email was sent at 853 that's not a reasonable time No response. I emailed them again, no response. I emailed them letting them know I was coming in for a tire change over asking if I could get a trade-in value. No response. However power lane people are awesome, 10/10 More

The fraser ford dealership is not trustworthy when they sell you a vehicle they promise like honest people but when you go for repair and warranty service they don't keep they are promises. and ripped you sell you a vehicle they promise like honest people but when you go for repair and warranty service they don't keep they are promises. and ripped you off. Damage to vehicle when in for service more than once. Nice people working. However, have had my my vehicle damaged on the lot a couple of times now when it was in for service. When we first got to Fraser she asked a bunch of questions to figure out what type of vehicles we were interested in, offered her suggestions and got us to test drive a few vehicles. when we got back she had the perfect car waiting for us to take this one for a drive. we absolutely loved the c-max, and after a couple hours we had agreed to purchase it! the whole staff was great from start to finish, beginning with our quote for a trade in, all the way to leaving their lot with our new car. More

Please disregard/cancel by previous post. Recently, while in a very emotional state, I wrote a very scathing post directed at Fraser Ford. In fairness to Fraser Ford, the post was written prior to the completion of the process. Since then, I am happy to say that the situation has been resolved fairly and amicably. I want to publicly thank the owner and her head mechanic for giving generously of their time to explain and resolve my concerns. I want to apologize to Fraser Ford for the negative aspersions I inferred on them. Despite this, the owner fairly and generously addressed all concerns to my satisfaction. Through her example, Ms. Fraser has worked hard to build up the integrity of her business and if I have in any way contributed to diminishing that in any way, I am truly sorry. I have been a very satisfied customer for the last six years and hope to continue that on into the future. More
