In the 50 years I have been buying cars this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. This starts with George Hill, the General Manager, and is then reflected in the Sales person I worked with , Martin Menzies, knowledgeable and delighted to answer any questions you have, and Pete Jolly from Service. 4 hours before I picked up my car I emailed Erinwood to say I wanted to add a set of snow tires they had on offer. As it was December 17th and everyone wanted to change over their tires I fully expected I would need to make a return visit to get this done, but no, I got a return reply confirming that the tires would be on the car when I picked it up. I had visited two other Ford dealers before I arrived at Erinwood Ford and I am extremely happy I took this extra step. If you are in the market for a car I would encourage you to visit Erinwood. Bad customer service from service rep. No technical knowledge of cars they sell. Tried to bring my shelby for warranty work to correct oil leak. Could not tell me how long it would take, w No technical knowledge of cars they sell. Tried to bring my shelby for warranty work to correct oil leak. Could not tell me how long it would take, what is involved to do the work, and if anyone is available to look at it. They expect me to leave the car with no answers and with no expectation how long and when it would be looked at. They don't like to do warranty work. Only chargeable repairs. What happened to dealers' service? I guess I have to call Ford Canada to get help with a new car they don't know about. I thought they were a Ford Performance dealer. Reply to owners reply on google, I had not purchased my GT500 from here. As per no availability, I ordered it from another Ford Performance dealer. I still wanted to do business with Erinwood. So I came by for some guidance on my oil leak. The gentleman at the service counter yesterday was not open and welcoming. I explained my issue and wanted someone technical on how they would diagnose the issue and also recall campaigns. The only answer I can get was the car has to come into the shop first. I wanted to know a method of procedure before leaving the car and not knowing roughly how long it will take. I paid well over $100k and just wanted more direction from the service rep or someone else knowledgeable. I work in the service field and always provide the customer a MOP. I have three other vehicles from other manufacturers, and this was the first time I got treated like this. I wasn't asked for my car info or personal info. At the end, I said thank you for your help and walked out with no response from the rep. I'm guessing my business is not worth it to them. More

I always have such a positive experience with Erinwood Ford. I just purchased a brand new Ford Maverick. The salesman (Mark) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, making Ford. I just purchased a brand new Ford Maverick. I was very impressed with the service I received from the service advisers. Joe looked after ordering my part and Peter ensuring it was installed on my F150 efficiently. I live in Mississauga and have a Ford Bronco Wildtrak Sasquatch. I came in for my first service and pulled into the drive through with my young daughter. I met Mary and she greeted us and was pleasant Sasquatch. I came in for my first service and pulled into the drive through with my young daughter. I met Mary and she greeted us and was pleasant and kind. She directed me to the service department and where to park my car. She also asked my daughter how she was and if she liked riding in a Broncosaurus! Nice of her. I met Pete in service, and we discussed what was to be done and the rough wait time. Offered me a beverage and I waited, and they completed the car in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service experience. Keep up the good work! Jay-R Tamber More
