Pedro was Great and provided wonderful customer service. However, Infiniti telling me I have to pay $463 plus tax to replace my battery, then when I tell them i cannot afford that, please tell me the diag However, Infiniti telling me I have to pay $463 plus tax to replace my battery, then when I tell them i cannot afford that, please tell me the diagnostic fee for diagnosing a defective battery , now the charge is $280. Complete gouging and uncalled for. Thank you Pedro for charging a fair price of $113 diagnostic, allowing me to purchase a battery and taking only 20 minutes to install. I’m a single parent! So I appreciate your turning this into a happy experience, considering I have purchased 5 vehicles from Infiniti since 2009. You will most likely get my business for #6 and only because of Pedro efforts to actually help me.. More

Salesman was super. Management. Only gave me one fob. When I asked for second I was told and It probability was never turned over. That is not my problem it is yours. At Management.
