Three years later & I still rave about how easy my car purchase was at Bourne's; no hassle, knowledgeable, friendly staff and just a great overall experience! I recently brought my vehicle in for servic purchase was at Bourne's; no hassle, knowledgeable, friendly staff and just a great overall experience! I recently brought my vehicle in for service and again top tier customer service. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Paul, he's just the best! He was always pleasant and straight up about the repairs needed and made me feel like family. The whole team in the service department are excellent and I appreciate everything they did to help get back my vehicle back on the road in no time-literally. Thank you Bourne's Auto Center :) More

Paul was excellent to work with. My car needed extensive repairs and Paul went above and beyond to ensure everything was covered by the warranty I purchased through Bournes. It was a very stressful time knowing my car needed a new engine amongst other things. Paul was compassionate and reassuring the entire time. He stayed a step ahead the entire time and did everything he could to make sure my car got back to me safe to drive and as quickly as possible. More
