I had a Transport Canada Recall on my car. Potential engine oil leak can be a fire hazard. When I brought it in, there was no leak. When I left, there was a leak. I told Karen that this was a Potential engine oil leak can be a fire hazard. When I brought it in, there was no leak. When I left, there was a leak. I told Karen that this was a negligence issue and she didn't care. Called GM. Told me to take car to a dealership to see what the problem was. Took it to a trusted mechanic. Oil was smoking so it was obvious that leak came from area which was serviced. I ended up buying new gaskets and was shocked when I took off the old part that Sadlon did not install a gasket (part of recall). I should have done the work my self in the first place. Wanted to report Sadlon but the only recourse I had was to sue them. Not worth my time. Tried to speak with Paul Sadlon Jr. Did not return my call. TFSA does not licence auto mechanics. Two other Ontario government offices repeatedly told me it wasn't their responsibility but the "other" office's responsibility. I will never go to their service department again. More

Had a vehicle recall for airbag issues and brought my truck into Paul Sadlon, where I purchased it. After having the airbag issue addressed I noticed my airbag light was on in my truck. I called Paul S truck into Paul Sadlon, where I purchased it. After having the airbag issue addressed I noticed my airbag light was on in my truck. I called Paul Sadlon service to advise them and they without hesitation indicated, " it wouldn't be from the service done to the passenger side airbag install, so we would have to hook it up for a diagnostics check, and that's $124.00" All I can say is really.....what customer service. In response I advised them I would never purchase another vehicle from Paul Sadlon. Signed, Unfreakinbelievable! More

In the summer of 2020 You guys had a 0% financing and no payments for 84 week special.. so we came in to get a 8 seater Tahoe for our family of 7.. The man Matt who sold us the vehicle said we would be gett payments for 84 week special.. so we came in to get a 8 seater Tahoe for our family of 7.. The man Matt who sold us the vehicle said we would be getting this deal.. my wife signed the paperwork.. low and behold two weeks later the payments started coming out... we just had our 5th child two weeks ago and went in to ask to speak with someone.. they never called or got back to us.. We popped in today and spoke with Heather from financing... She informed us she was “sorry” and there was “nothing she could do for us because it’s too late now!” With my wife being on mat leave and it being one of the hardest years financially for a lot of people.. we are stuck making these payments we really can’t afford right now... I’m beyond mad and disappointed and I will never do business there again.. I will be letting all my family, friends, and clients know what has happened and hopefully they take their business elsewhere... We are looking to buy another 8 seater in the near future and will be going back to New Roads in Newmarket.. they always took good care of us and stuck to their word... We are just scraping by now because of this and I don’t want to even get into Christmas... my family is suffering because of this... shame on you guys.. More

So I just purchase a 2020 Spark . In the world of cars it’s a cheapy, but to me it’s new and it’s what I can afford at age 60. Great little car I enjoy it.
