A consummate automobile enthusiast, Paul has been a member of the Finch Automotive team since 1990. Over that time period, he has worked his way to a successful career as a Sales Consultant. Born in Portugal, Paul’s parents moved to Canada with his two sisters when he was two years old. Paul is a devoted father to his two beautiful children, Ava and Evan, and he loves spending his time away from work with them. Paul is inspired by individuals that overcome huge obstacles in their lives through sheer determination. He carries this inspiration with him in every situation. Paul’s experiences on the golf course over the years have taught him the importance of experience, patience and perseverance. He has applied these principles to his career in the automotive business and he now holds a wealth of knowledge. Paul has long been a valuable member of the Finch Automotive Group and we are happy that he continues to apply his talents for our team.

They said they'd give us a fair deal - and they did! We were driving a 2011 GMC Terrain on a 7 year payment plan when we received a notice in the mail from the Dealership. They claimed they could get us We were driving a 2011 GMC Terrain on a 7 year payment plan when we received a notice in the mail from the Dealership. They claimed they could get us into a brand new 2015 Terrain and keep our payments the same. We ran the numbers ourselves and thought, there's no way this was a possibility, even at 0%. We owed quite a bit more than what our Terrain was worth. We're the kind of folks who like to hold people to the claims they make and we actually had been dealing with a different dealership and thought we'd give them a try and "See Finch" for the first time. Our sales rep, Paul Rodrigues, was going to have his work cut out for him in dealing with us but to our surprise, it was one of the easiest deals we've ever made. Paul was both professional and true to his word. He understood our needs and was quick to make good on the promises made in the flier we got in the mail. Three days later we drove away in our new Terrain which was even better than the one we had with more options, including heated seats, upgraded media system and free oil changes! Anyway, Paul went above and beyond the call of duty and has kept in touch to make sure we are completely satisfied with our new vehicle. Even though it was our first time meeting Paul, it was as if we had known him for a long time. When Paul handed us over to Financing staff, Mandy Moran, even after a long busy day in handling crazy month-end sales, was happy to see us and was a pleasure to deal with. We told her the numbers we wanted to see in purchasing options and she made it fit our budget. Even though we changed our minds a few times on things, she was patient and helped us make the best choices. So it's over 2 months now since we drove away in our new wheels and although the new car smell is almost gone, we have piece of mind that Finch staff will be looking after us for a long time to come. You feel like family Having been in to buy a new vehicle 4 times in the last two years you really do feel that you belong to the Finch family. Our salesperson (Paul) made sure to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Yes, there is a bit of negotiating (sorry Paul!) but that is the fun of buying a car. They keep in regular contact with us, even sending us Christmas cards. Paul knows his cars, he can tell you everything about it, the different engines, fuel consumption, the differences between each model and he can give you the same information relating to his competitors cars and all this without looking it up. Our daughter turns 16 soon ad we will definitely be going back to Paul as we know we can trust him to get her the best and more importantly the safest car. Their finance team is also very helpful and walk you through each stage of the process to ensure everything goes smoothly. More

I went to a few different dealetships and struck out, before going to Finch and meeting Paul. Other dealerships Reps even told me, not many were made and it is to late in the year to find the 2015 Silverado Midnite Edition. Paul stated this may take some time, but he will find one for me, the Man delivered as promised. I was so impressed with his actions, i told a friend of my experience, and by the time, my vehicle showed up, he had another hard find which he also came through with the sale. His Professional attitude he ended up with two sales same week. Very competitive service dept. It is reassuring that I see long time older employees who are retained by what I see as good management practises. Some people feel that going to private garages suits them. The upside of Finch is that their people can spot impending failure because of their hard vehicle knowledge and experience. One their guys who drove our 98 Sierra to the back for an oil change spotted a bad hub saving us a bundle of trouble and risk. Our 09 G8 GT is safety and performance modified and the service staff have paid attention to detail on that count. Their sales guys who spotted our vehicles, checked them out and they commented on the good condition that we keep them in. Overall, I can see that they have staff who are sincerely into cars, trucks and a friendly conversation is only a step away. More
