Incompetent Service Advisor Service Advisor was told of a problem. He told me that if I get a copy of the invoice the item would be replaced free of charge. I did everything that Service Advisor was told of a problem. He told me that if I get a copy of the invoice the item would be replaced free of charge. I did everything that he asked and wasted an hour of time getting a copy of an invoice and than he told me he cant do it.
