I cannot say enough good things about Owen Ferguson from Paul Sadlon Motors. He really listened to what I was looking for, and took my budget into consideration when helping me find a new vehicle that I a Paul Sadlon Motors. He was very patient and never made me feel pressured and answered all of my questions and concerns. They don't make 'em like Owen anymore. There is no one that I would rather recommend my friends and family go to when looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Owen!! More

He is the primary reason for my 5 star rating for Paul Sadlon Motors. With his assistance we were able to get into a new car in a matter of days. It's Q4 of 2022 and everywhere else we looked we were told a new car in our budget needed to be pre-ordered for future delivery, often months off and at a new higher MSRP. Within a couple days Owen called to say he found us a unicorn, the very make and model all others said were impossible. And his team had it ready to take home the next day. Perfect! More

My husband and I felt very welcome at the dealership. We were impressed with the strict covid protocols followed by all the employees. This is my first Cadillac purchase. I received a friendly greeting from Owen Ferguson when I stopped to view some vehicles on the lot. He is very patient with our questions and we never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. I'm sure his quiet and friendly demeanor also contributed to our satisfaction. Owen made us feel comfortable and looked after our needs and comfort while at the dealership. We felt our speedy negotiation resulted in a fair and honest Deal. No surprises! As with my last purchase 3 years ago, I was absolutely happy with my experience at Paul Sadlon's. I came back just for Owen - he is a great representative of your company. He stays in touch - but not ev happy with my experience at Paul Sadlon's. I came back just for Owen - he is a great representative of your company. He stays in touch - but not every 5 minutes. He works within the budget that I give him - and he works hard to find me exactly what I want. His walk through of the car on delivery day was very thorough and I left feeling confident with all of the bells and whistles on my new car. And I even got honey from the Sadlon farm - that was a bonus! Your service team is always very professional, helpful and very accomodating. From rides to coffee to giving me a place to work while I wait (pre-covid). And I have to mention that during COVID your protocol and cleanliness made me feel very confident that I was in a safe place. Well done! More
