I visited the dealership through an online lead and Oscar was assigned to work with me. He was thorough, professional and did not use the typical sales tactics. Later noticed that some of the mats etc were missing and he was able to get those from the parts departments and made them available by the time I was ready to pick them up. Overall the interactions were very positive and I would highly recommend him. More
