I just took my vehicle in to have a Kay made and the service was phenomenal. Their waiting area includes a dinning room and free lunch. And if that’s not good enough, they will order you a Lift car to g service was phenomenal. Their waiting area includes a dinning room and free lunch. The person i encountered was manipulative, unfair, had more interest in money over a new customer. I Visit this location for the 1st time and received an oil changed as soon as my vehicle was brought to m more interest in money over a new customer. I Visit this location for the 1st time and received an oil changed as soon as my vehicle was brought to my check engine light was on. I returned my vehicle to the service department and told them what the issue was they cleared the code Without even stating what was wrong. Also didn't not check to make sure everything was in its proper place. I drove my car the whole weekend and took it back to this location on Tuesday. I was told my car would not be serviced unless I paid $100 Diagnostics fee just so they can figure out if they made a mistake or not something elusive to cause my check engine light to come on right after an oil change. I then left the dealership and went to a different mechanic to find out the problem had to be something that they did during the oil change because it was my knock censored that was bad and the Knox center is located next to the oil pan. I chose this location because it was close to my house and I also needed some extra work done to my car that was gonna cost me over $2000 but I refuse to be with a company that is all about money and not more concerned about keeping a customer. More
