I’ve reached out multiple times over the past three weeks—leaving messages and voicemails for the salesman, the receptionist, and even the finance manager—but haven’t been able to get a response from anyone. Since reviews seemed to matter so much during the sale, I’m hoping this one gets someone’s attention. Update: After resorting to leaving a negative review, my questions were finally answered and the issue was resolved.
