You can see why Sara is an award winner! She is everything you would hope for in a sales person! She spent considerable time with me to show me every option. Very poor response for wasting my time when I was very interested in buying a used minivan. Phoned ahead to give Napoleon time to get the minivan ready. He did nothing. It seems like he didn't care or even want to sell the van. I am very disappointed because that could have been the van I was going to buy today. Oh well guess I will go to Saskatoon after all. I was pretty skeptical walking into ford after a horrible experience 8 years ago...thankfully this purchase was far better.
