After paying a deposit, we had to wait two months for delivery of the car. We weren't in a hurry so that was not a problem for us. David Perry is the sales manager and it quickly becomes evident that he has done a fine job of assembling a well organized sales team. Nathan Makrakis is an excellent salesman because he projects honesty and transparency, a quality that is often lacking in a car salesman and is refreshing to experience. The finance check out is efficient and friendly. The car demonstration was severely lacking, our only real disappointment. Fortunately there are tutorials available for learning the operation of the car's features which are nothing short of amazing. All in all, the purchase was a very good experience and I would recommend it to a potiential Lexus buyer.. More
