The sales staff, Matthew Mallace and Nik Jones, patiently worked with me over a few separate days and let me find the truck that suited me best with absolutely no pressure tactics. I buy from people I like and trust; both come through with flying colors. Great salespeople sell you, but you don't feel like you were sold anything if you get what I mean. Thanks, guys! I called Lorenzo the Busines Development Manger and made an appointment for the next day to view a new 2023 Sierra HD. Kelly made the sale easy and stress free. I also had the fortune of meeting Karen the financial manager who was also fantastic to work with and didn't try to upsell any products I wasn't interested in. The sale was a quick, easy and enjoyable experience. To top it off, they play great music in their showroom ;) !
