Background I bought a highlander and two camrys from then Beaver before I started working here. Most of my family is in Texas but I’ve also lived in Washington D.C. (its why I talk fast), Alabama, Tennessee, Illinois. AND most of my career has been involved with marketing. Texas Aggie Class of 80 & 81. I lived in Los Alamos for over 25 years. My husband, Kirt, retired from Los Alamos National Lab. My car philosophy is the same as my sales philosophy. I think of sales as helping the customer get what they want. I am very impressed with my overall experience with Beaver Toyota. Before I purchased our Toyota Highlander, I did quite a bit of research online and at local dealerships. Nobody could give us what we Beaver Toyota. Before I purchased our Toyota Highlander, I did quite a bit of research online and at local dealerships. Nobody could give us what we wanted for the price we wanted on the conditions we required. Furthermore, many dealerships (including other Toyota dealerships) pressured us into making decisions we weren't comfortable in. Nancy, who helped coordinate our purchase at Beaver, was receptive, helpful, and accommodating. If she didn't know the answer to a question, someone at Beaver could get one. Our purchase was not stressful because we could make the purchase on our own terms, schedule, and specific conditions. For that, I am grateful. - Danielle More
