I came to meet Dave Strassman and Silver Spring BMW purely by accident after spending the previous four frustrating months searching for just the right car. My search took me all over my local driving purely by accident after spending the previous four frustrating months searching for just the right car. My search took me all over my local driving area, experiencing various car manufacturers, dealerships, and sales people. Arguably, my “want list” was very particular since it is a car I hope to own for many years to come. This surely was a contributing factor to my frustration level, but that was all about to change after Dave responded to my online request for information regarding a car of that BMW of Silver Spring that was in production at the BMW factory in Germany. I had all but given up on finding the right car, but Dave was immensely patient, empathetic to our frustrations, and determined to get us into the right car. He worked with me, a lot on his own personal time, to help me navigate through my “want list”, explain some of the cryptic language from previous sales people, and to assist me in working through the issues. Dave proved himself to be kind, honest, patient, and very determined. He worked diligently on our behalf to get us a great deal with BMW of Silver Spring, making the process as effortless as possible for me and my wife. At one point, my wife and I found some time to drive over to see the car together. It was, however, unannounced and prior to them performing the final preparations. None of this affected Dave. He immediately juggled his schedule for us, had the car brought around (un-prepped) for us to look at, and spent quite a lot of time with us to get the BMW App working so as to make the final delivery go smoothly. He took us around the dealership, and introduced us to other BMW of Silver Spring employees, all of whom were incredible. My wife and I are now enjoying the car we had always hoped to have, and we have Dave Strassman and the team at BMW of Silver Spring to thank. Great job folks, and thank you all so very much! More
