Recently purchased a 2019 Terrain from Muzi. He was courteous and didn't waste our time showing us vehicles we weren't interested in. Made sure we understood the features and was efficient at closing t courteous and didn't waste our time showing us vehicles we weren't interested in. Made sure we understood the features and was efficient at closing the sale. Explained the various plans & warranties but didn't pressure. Same treatment from Shelia in finance. This dealership found me a truck and a deal basically overnight, had my tonneau ordered and installed on a Saturday morning when they didn’t have all their staff, and my salesman, Muzi, got in there and overnight, had my tonneau ordered and installed on a Saturday morning when they didn’t have all their staff, and my salesman, Muzi, got in there and detailed it himself because they had no detailers on a Saturday.
