GMC Buick on 34 street in Edmonton. I would rate the dealership from sales, service management to overall culture and climate to 10/10. From the moment I contacted the Dealership as a possible costumer , a senior and a woman alone wanting to buy a vehicle I was treated with respect, honesty and integrity. I did do my research beforehand on the vehicle that I wanted. I did not want to waste the salesperson time or be haggling over the price I wanted, any extra packages or warranties that you never use but increase the price of the vehicle. I was very straightforward with in regards to the price I was willing to spend and my final price to make the sale. There was no time during my interactions with the dealership that I felt that I was being manipulated. It was a very stress-free and positive experience.. My sales person, for the 2023 Buick Encore was Mohammed Malik who was professional, respectful, transparent and prompt .He was going the extra mile to meet the my concerns, questions and understood my extending situation.
Mohammed was prompt with approval from his manager regarding the final price of the vehicle down to the penny. Throughout my experience with everyone that I encountered within the dealership I found all staff to be very polite, courteous happy and driven on customer satisfaction. The vehicle was available and was delivered to me spotless condition. All nice and shiny like a brand new car. There was concerns regarding the sunroof and that was repaired under the warranty at no cost to me The dealership even provided me with a courtesy vehicle while the Sun Roof was being repaired due to a failed motor. I had already paid for the vehicle but and they did not ignore my concerns. The dealership even stayed open late so I could pick up the vehicle after work as I work 12 shifts. There words “We will do what works for you”.. During my times at the dealership I felt that they treated all customers with the same, respect,, dignity and honesty that I was treated with. All the staff there seem to love their job and it showed in their work ethic and customer service.. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Capital GMC Buick dealership on 34 street in Edmonton. I have had previous bad experiences with car purchases where I know I got ripped off and was played for a fool and disrespected..This experience I can honestly say was uplifting and restored my faith . I am recommending this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a another vehicle either new or used.. I have had 4 bad experiences with varying degrees of dishonesty etc. I do not believe I am naïve. Other dealerships might consider adorning this culture and environment that Capital GMC Buick has fostered..Mohammed Malik more than earned his commission. I will continue to deal with this dealership for any car concerns that I have with my Buick 2023 Encore.

I believe in acknowledging an individual’s hard work and dedication to their career. I’ve told people at work, about my new wheels and some have come for a viewing in the Parkade. I’ve told my family that I like this vehicle the best of all the vehicles I’ve had in my 50+ years of life.. I have also spoken out about the wonderful vehicle purchasing experience I had at Capital GMC Buick..They took down the Dealership name and address so hopefully I will be able to send some customers your way. A happy work environment, honesty, positive, respectful culture, listening to the customers’ needs for a vehicle and being negotiable with pricing will continue to bring your dealership prosperity. You definitely have the right marketing strategy..DO NOT CHANGE!! Keep employees that are motivated, positive and have the same drive for success.. NO NEGATIVE NELLIES OR SOUR GRAPES!! Employees who are angry, miserable ,have a condescending tone in their voice make the costumer feel insignificant when they are making a major purchase in their life is a real turn off! If the customer feels pressured to concede to buy a vehicle they are not emotionally sold on that changes experience and frequently discourages a potential customer from buying a vehicle at the dealership. Also, how the employees treat a customer after the sale is final really affects their attitude too! That was a reason I waited a while before I wrote my review. I wanted to see how I was treated when I had the problem with the sunroof. I was definitely not disappointed .!!!. Your dealership maintained it high quality of service. You did not ignore me.. The dealership promptly address my concerns and fixed the problem promptly! I felt important. I was spoken to directly and told“we will do what needs to be done to resolved the issue and keep you as a valued happy customer.
