I asked for AC diagnosis and was told rear lines are leaking and costs 3K with taxes to replace. Took the car to Master Mechanic for second opinion and they found that the condenser was leaking and repl leaking and costs 3K with taxes to replace. They just wanted to rip me off. Not to say that every-time I bring my 14y old Highlander for service they insinuate it is an old care and everything breaks. I take pride in this car as single owner and having 360,000 km on board. very disappointed for their service. More

We had our 32K service for 2023 Rav4 hybrid at Toyota Whitby and it went ok. However, my low rating stems from aftermarket tire valve caps that I installed 6 months ago and they claimed it was “stuck” a Whitby and it went ok. However, my low rating stems from aftermarket tire valve caps that I installed 6 months ago and they claimed it was “stuck” and i would need to pay an extra $45 for then to remove it for the labor costs as they alleged it would take “longer time period”. In all, it took them Less than 5 mins to remove and there was no consideration for this short time frame. It felt like a money grab from the service person. We have bought 2 cars from this dealer and have had multiple services previously. I would not recommend getting your service here. More
