Bought a used vehicle I bought a 2014 Journey, the service was good to start but as soon as we signed the paperwork the service stopped. I dropped it off for a GPS install I bought a 2014 Journey, the service was good to start but as soon as we signed the paperwork the service stopped. I dropped it off for a GPS installation and got it back with scratches on the car. I noticed water in my taillight and was told I'd get a new one, that was months ago. I was also promised a $500 gas card but received a $400 rebate check instead. I would not recommend city Ford, oh and thanks for nothing Mo! More
