Mike Wright was very helpful and had a very casual no pressure approach when helping me. Mike kept me informed throughout the buying process and made sure to check if I needed anything as it did take a b pressure approach when helping me. Overall, I would use Beck again anytime compared to my other experiences with Indianapolis Toyota dealers. They were very attentive to my concerns and didn't make you feel pressured or stuck like other dealerships do. More

Mike Wright was very helpful and could not have made the experience any easier or better. I expected it to take a few hours at the dealership but I was on my way in far less than an hour.
