I was taken care of by Mike Tatari, who was extremely professional, fair and friendly. Mike is a honest, no pressure team member, who went out of his way to make my whole experience of dealing with Toronto Auto Brokers a stress free experience. I didn’t get to personally meet the team who work in the background, preparing and detailing the vehicles, prior to handing them over to the customer, but I must commend them for the level of quality and care that they take in preparing the vehicles. Even though the vehicle that I purchased was eight years old, it looked like a brand new vehicle when it was handed over to me. And finally, I can’t conclude this review, without mentioning the very kind lady on reception (sorry I can’t remember your name) who stepped up to help me while I was experiencing a minor health issue (yes, I’m an older guy). Sales staff are pushy and manipulative. No follow through on promises. Sold a vehicle as road worthy and operational. Vehicle had several major failures within 3 months of purchase and has No follow through on promises. Sold a vehicle as road worthy and operational. I will not return to TAB and encourage anyone considering providing them with business to reconsider. More
