Well, my experience was , emailed the dealer on Sunday , in 45 min Mr. Mike Robison emailed me back answer all my questions , next day I can say I secured the deal over the phone/internet . Now people may say that was not a smart move buying a car without test driving it and looking at , well folks, I asked Mr. Robison if there was any physical damage visible or accident reports, anything I should know? He made it very clear assuring car is Mercedes certified , looks like new . And it was . To me , that is an honest salesperson because the car was actually better than mint for a used one.
