While the GLC 43 'sold itself', Mike eased my nerves when coaching me about the car's features. I had a GLK 350 from 2011-2019. Both of my previous Mercedes were purchased from "Overseas Motors' Windsor. Mike earns top marks in the sales domain, the finance department employees could benefit from being more receptive to customers especially when a customer is finalizing payment. Lastly, the expresso/cappucino maker delivers excellent beverages, however the labelling on the selection buttons are showing wear. More
