From the moment General Manager Mike called to share more information about the vehicle I was interested in, I could tell this experience would be different—in the best way. When I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Donna (who, by the way, makes the best homemade cookies—so good, they might just have you stopping by the dealership again just to say hi!). My Sales Associate, Bud, didn’t miss a beat. He walked me through every detail about the vehicle before I even stepped in for the test drive. Then Chris, the Finance Manager, made sure I got the best possible deal—quickly and painlessly. The entire process was smooth, professional, and didn’t take up my whole day. I was even out in time to enjoy my son’s birthday evening. All I can say is: this staff is absolutely amazing, start to finish. I’ll be shouting their praises to anyone who will listen. First let me say we are a Honda family. No other cars for us for many many years. Second let me say I was heartbroken that I totaled my 17 year old Honda Element--would have drive that bab No other cars for us for many many years. Third let me say that Brett was wonderful, as were all the people we encountered there. He is smart, personable, and kind. Never felt any pressure just support and great information from him.
