We had been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple months and finally found one at Chapman Ford. John Hatzis showed us the car and made sure that the specifications met what we needed. I went to the Lancaster location with a specific list of options because of a disability and Alvonte made this a great experience even though there was nothing in the area meeting our needs.
