GP Nissan went above and beyond to help me get a perfect starter vehicle. Amith specifically found me a great SUV within my budget that met all my wants and needs. There was excellent communication, which was very helpful and reassuring for me as I am not from the Grande Prairie area. The dealership was a very clean and inviting environment. The staff were extremely friendly, resourceful, and attentive. As soon as we walked in, we were helped. We had multiple staff members check in on us throughout our visit and offer complimentary drinks and snacks. The process did take a bit longer than usual, but Amith was quick to get the vehicle set up so that we were able to grab some food and do some shopping while we waited. At the end, I was able to pick up a leftover prize from a previous event they had, which resulted in me getting a free 32” smart TV, and we were again offered some drinks and snacks to take on the road as we did have a 5-hour drive back home. I would like to once again give a heartfelt thank you to Paul, Amith, Mike, and everyone else there for all the wonderful help. You guys are the best. 12/10 would recommend More

Mike’s expertise got me the best rate possible and he had exceptional customer service. Paul the sales manager gave me the highest number for my trade and beat out every other dealer- also very friendly. Will Bacon was my sales guy and he showed me everything the vehicle had to offer with a smile. Will was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Will even came in on his day off just to put my licence plate on my vehicle for me. I even had the experience of dealing with the service department, specifically Bruce the service manager. Bruce was very friendly and helpful to deal with. He got my vehicle booked in for my winter tires right away as well as got me and the best deal in town on tires! I left the dealership with a smile on my face and I will definitely recommend gp Nissan to everyone I know! Thank you for having the best customer service in this city! More
