Never once did we feel pressured to purchase which made the experience even better and was the main reason we returned to purchase from him. After deciding on which vehicle suited our lifestyle the best, the purchasing process was easy and the staff were very accommodating. Ahmed stayed after hours to help complete the process and Mike also came in after hours to finish the financing and warranty process. The staff were very patient with our fluctuating schedule and keeping in touch with me while out of town. Ahmed proceeded very methodically listing the crossovers, in thier inventory starting with : Pathfinder, Qashqai, Rogue, and Murano addressing: their size, colours, options: Driver, Safety, Aids,and Comfort,Power train specs Fuel Consumption L/100km as well as Price. With my fixed budget the Crossover I wanted (MURANO) I hung up the Phone to let Ahmed Elatyeb preform his OPTIMUM Professional Sales / Service.
