They treat you right! I needed a vehicle fast. We live 3 hr out of Grande Prairie and I needed a vehicle fast. A colleague put me in touch with Paige Nutting and i let her I needed a vehicle fast. We live 3 hr out of Grande Prairie and I needed a vehicle fast. A colleague put me in touch with Paige Nutting and i let her know ahead of time what I was looking for, my budget and when I was coming in. It happened that on that day we had -45 weather. It was awful.... we still drove the 3 hrs to GP, we got to the Dealership and Paige was ready, she showed us our options and boosted and warmed up a car for a test drive to another dealership where another Option was waiting. She called ahead and they warmed up that vehicle as well. while waiting we got Hot Beverages and all staff was nice and friendly. The test drives went well and we left contemplating. Just to be fair we went to another dealer who we‘d been in contact with.... he welcomed us, offered coffee and then even though I told him specifically what I was looking for and which vehicles I wanted to see and test drive.... well he had none ready, the snow was not even cleared off, we went to the lot to see one , it would have to be towed out of the snow for a test drive...., we looked at it for size and then left. I was not happy, both dealerships were given the same time to prepare ..., Paige was a gem We went back and test drove another option and went home. The next time we came in we Drove the vehicles again, now looking for things we really needed, while they got them ready we were fed Pizza by Paige had awesome Hot Chocolate as it was another cold day and we finalized the vehicle deal, they worked with my situation and payments I can afford. As it was on the weekend the windshield could not be replace in time for us to leave and we made an appointment for the next week... we brought it in and got a very nice courtesy vehicle to ride around town while they did the work, we had also noticed that our hood piston was not working and they ordered the part and will be shipping it to us free of charge. Now this is Service.... they made buying a vehicle a Joy. More
