What’s not to love about Premier Subaru. The buying experience was straight forward with no bait and switch in the price once we sat down. Even the one add on I didn’t want was taken off qui The buying experience was straight forward with no bait and switch in the price once we sat down. Even the one add on I didn’t want was taken off quickly without any push back. I asked if they could include the all weather mats. They agreed during the test drive but as it turns out the car already came with them so they just took the price of the mats off the car since they promised them. Something they didn’t have to do but was very nice of them. Gives me confidence that they are not out to nickel and dime the customers. Between the both trips to the dealer I was in and out in less than 3 hours total. My sales person Jeremy was amazing and easy to talk to. I’ve already ordered a couple add in from the service dept and that experience was also great. Buying a new car doesn’t get easier. More

This dealership is the nicest one I’ve ever been in. The people are the friendliest, and I mean all of the people. Inside the building is super bright with lots of day light coming into the showroom. Th The people are the friendliest, and I mean all of the people. Inside the building is super bright with lots of day light coming into the showroom. Ther you will find a collection of Subarus from years back displayed up high . The lounge is very comfortable with a great layout and furniture. Everything looks and feels new and very clean. There’s one wall that has a very large living moss mural of sorts. It’s stunning.. all the employees sitting at desks have no walls around them closing them in. . Everyone is accessible.. even the area where the cars are being worked on is in full view . The owner/manager is accessible and friendly. I had the feeling that the employees there were happy with their jobs .. I rarely see that. I have had great service on my car a few times .. very little waiting time . I travel an hour to get to this dealership . It’s worth it for me.as it’s always a pleasant experience. More

My Service Advisor, Dominick Santoli, was very professional, courteous and helpful. Plastic covering was put on the driver seat and wheel. I appreciate that effort. The car was very clean in and out when it came back to me. He texted me on the progress of my car's service and if anything extra needed to be done. If my car needed work other than the 61,000 mile inspection, my approval was requested first. I had requested a loaner car. The car was nice and clean. I had a very nice experience with Premier Subaru in Branford. More
