When you as the OTD (Out the door price) they will refuse sending you the information and stop communicating with you, their email will state their "Management" only allows to provide OTD price when the cust sending you the information and stop communicating with you, their email will state their "Management" only allows to provide OTD price when the customer at their show room with their sales man. I asked twice for OTD price and they didn't respond. Scamming tactic, because the price you see online won't be the price you pay, they are going to inflate it with additional xx fees when you are the dealer and attempting the purchase, in the hope that you would agree to get you into monthly payment or waste your time for no reason, if they are honest about the pricing they would send the OTD like any other good dealership Don't fall for their relatively good price online, it is just a bait switch tactic. Extremely manipulative and they are not up front about their charges. They will do anything to get a sale and do not care about their customers once they’ve gotten their sale commission. My 83 year old mother was scammed and totally TAKEN advantage of. This man promised wonderful deal for Black Friday. NO she was shown 1 vehicle wit NO FEATURES of her previous car. No blind spot mirror advantage of. This man promised wonderful deal for Black Friday. NO she was shown 1 vehicle wit NO FEATURES of her previous car. No blind spot mirrors, no automatic trunk open she is afraid to drive it .. she She is a diabetic and told him that! She was kept there for 6 hours .. her payments are TRIPLE of her previous car! She was driven home because she cannot drive at night! She had to call EMS and police came due to her health After all this! and stress aggravated illness she has a copy of police report! She was not made aware of all these hidden fees and HIGH Payments. Her calls were not taken seriously at all! By By Mike Dejesus. This needs to be resolved now! She is missing doctor appointments due to the dangerous condition of this car! Further action will be taken . This is elder abuse . I am telling everyone attorneys, Nissan Corp and state attorney general. To begin with! You don’t treat elderly people or anybody’s this way! More

Both Mike and Abby were extremely helpful as well as relentless in finding me the perfect Rogue, and getting me the best deal and loan. Mike has also gone beyond expectations to show me features in the Rogue SL. He mentioned that he is moving to a different dealership within the auto group however I would definitely recommend him and Route 33 Nissan to anyone who are looking for a new or certified pre-owned Nissan.
