This is a terrible dealership. My past 3 cars have been Kias. I have not bought any of them from Peak, but have had them serviced there. Last July I took my 2 1/2 year old Tellurid My past 3 cars have been Kias. I have not bought any of them from Peak, but have had them serviced there. Last July I took my 2 1/2 year old Telluride (with only 12,000 miles and a perfect exterior finish) in for routine service. They asked to keep it overnight. I agreed only if they promised to keep it inside as a storm was incoming. They promised they would. I went the next day to pick up the car. The service agent was very apologetic, but they did not get the car inside in time. The entire exterior was completely pockmarked with hail damage. My insurance covered all but $1,000 of the damage. I wrote a letter, multiple emails, and multiple phone calls. No one from the dealership even returned a call or replied in any way. I called Kia North America. They said that they contacted the dealer, but some of them are just too arrogant to respond to complaints. My latest Kia purchase was a 2024 Sorento this past February. Needless to say I did not buy at Peak, and would have encouraged others to do the same. More

Working with Nick was a great experience. He has a lot of knowledge about the car we were interested in, answered all our questions and made the process easy. DON'T TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT: One star is too much. On October 3, I brought my 2016 Kia Sorento in for two factory recall items. As part of the paperwork on pick up, I received a Multi-Point Inspection On October 3, I brought my 2016 Kia Sorento in for two factory recall items. As part of the paperwork on pick up, I received a Multi-Point Inspection Form. I was told that the front brake linings were at 6mm to sensor, that the rear linings were at 4mm. If I understand it, new brake pads are typically 8-12mm thick. So, you really want to be changing your pads when you have around 3-4mm of friction material left. I was told by Peak Kia that I should have my rear brake linings replaced ASAP. They were not safe. Which is odd, since in June, only 4 months before, I had just replaced all the brake linings on the Kia. I went back to the service center which had done the work, and they confirmed that the brake linings were still almost brand new! Peak Kia gave me bad advice. I was given false information, in the hopes that as a 71 woman, I wouldn't know the difference. Takeaways: I cannot trust Peak Kia's Service Department. I just hope they took care of the factory recall items... I wrote the General Manager, Mike Byerly a letter, but of course received no response. That tells you something right there.... More

There is a recall on engines of the 2014 Kia Soul! My daughters car. She worked her butt off to buy that car, by herself. Engine light comes on, she takes it to dealership, Peak Kia. That was on Wed. My daughters car. She worked her butt off to buy that car, by herself. Engine light comes on, she takes it to dealership, Peak Kia. That was on Wed. They would have a loaner car by Friday. They didn’t call her Friday! She called Saturday. No loaner. This happened several more times, the car was at the shop for a month. No loaner, several attempts to find out what was wrong with various diagnosis depending on who you talk to. Oh she called them this Monday, a month in, and she can come get it! They hand her the keys. Parked in lot , under snow, no one plowed, no one cleaned her car off! No receipt! No one knew what was wrong with it! BAD/NO communication, liars. Cheats and incompetent! Choose a different place. More

One star is not even deserved. In Sept 2022 we leased a 2023 Kia Niro with 29 miles. In Nov 2022 at about 1400 miles the car would no longer charge. Peak Kia took the car and tr In Sept 2022 we leased a 2023 Kia Niro with 29 miles. In Nov 2022 at about 1400 miles the car would no longer charge. Peak Kia took the car and tried to repair it. Months and months went by, and finally, they said they couldn't fix it. They did not offer to replace it or make things right. The car is sitting with flat tires in their lot. We have now made 11 payments to Kia and have no car to drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corporate Kia doesn't care and hasn't had a resolution either. BOTTOM LINE - DON'T BUY A KIA! KIA CORP AND PEAK KIA DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!! More

Complete lack of customer service and professionalism! My wife purchased a 2021 KIA Telluride from this dealership about a year ago. It now has 8300 miles on it and can not hold oil. A quick google search My wife purchased a 2021 KIA Telluride from this dealership about a year ago. It now has 8300 miles on it and can not hold oil. A quick google search of "2021 Telluride Leaking Oil" you will find hundreds of reports from customers and dealerships noting that the seal fails on these oil filter housings after extreme colds (like we had here in Colorado last week when this started). Instead, the dealership is trying to put it on the oil change company (much like several others online report their "warranty specialist" tried to do to them) stating that they somehow cracked the housing during the oil change. The oil was changed in July. It is March. There is zero chance this car drove 8 months without a problem. On top of all of this, I can not get a call back whatsoever from the dealership to find out the status, had to pay out of pocket to have their lemon towed back to them, and wasn't provided any type of temporary transportation to get us by. Absolute disgrace of a dealership from the top down! More

I live in Thornton, near Grand Kia. I continue to choose Peak Kia as my dealer even though it is 20 mile drive.
