Because you are given all the facts right up front - and with no tricks or gimmicks. I do my homework before I come to the dealership. I tell the team what I want to spend - and the rest is history. And I am not even talking about the quality of these cars. Chevrolet has upped his game huge. The EV fleet is fantastic.

Never a Chevy again responded
Mr. DiPaolo,
You fully know I was getting rid of my truck due to our safety concerns. The fact you wouldn't buy it back speaks for itself. Multiple times that truck left me stranded and had to be towed. I asked you numerous times what would you give me for a trade in and never got a response. I thought it was very interesting in Mr. LeBlanc's reaction to my wife saying we are keeping the truck after he said " well you guys are getting rid of it anyway". He looked as he saw a ghost. This is a case of a bad vehicle that you didn't want to take the responsibility for. The truck is gone, it shouldn't be on the road but that's on Nucar Chevy Norwood. Thanks for nothing
