He has offered me the best option, although I wasn't present in Toronto but in Calgary, guided be very patiently and kept the vehicle readily available upon arrival. This is something similar to South West Airlines" customer service. It was a pleasure knowing the features under Michelle Fung's mentor ship and guidance. He made sure to assess and see what I wanted before giving me any suggestions. He took the time to show me what I wanted and gave suggestions instead of just trying to hard sell me any car. Sammy provided and explained all the information to me and assisted me in various tasks that made this experience as trouble free for me as possible. I couldn't ask for a better salesmen. Michelle the delivery specialist was very polite and patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to explain the vehicle functions in a clear and concise manner. I appreciated how she was focused not only on explaining the car but also on what i had to say and really made me feel like she was there to assist me. She spent a lot of time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. It was truly an enjoyable experience. The store was very clean and tidy. The service provided was more than excellent. Was truly over the top. I would definitely recommend this BMW location to my family and friends. Only thing I could ask for is the car for free. :) More

He is the reason I am driving a BMW vs. a Mercedes as it was my first choice before I stepped into your Dealership.
