I was telling my friend Anna at work that I needed a car and she referred me to her uncle Mike straggs at Chevy when I told her I was looking at the Chevy trax online. I accidentally went to Chevy in homewood instead of Lansing but Mike text me just to see if I needed any help or had any questions. He had never met me but was very kind and insured me I could text him if I needed any help even though I wasn’t at his dealership I immediately left and drive to Lansing because of his kindness.
