Please AVOID this Dealership at all costs! My Aunt has been sold 2 vehicles with issues. First one 2 1/2 yrs. ago , they NEVER disclosed this vehicle was involved in an accident. 2 yrs. later My Aunt has been sold 2 vehicles with issues. First one 2 1/2 yrs. ago , they NEVER disclosed this vehicle was involved in an accident. 2 yrs. later while finding out how much the car was worth, we find out this information through Car-fax. After being confronted we were told that the dealership didn’t used ca-fax back then. That they used a different Car report company, and that the accident didn’t show up in it. That this was the reason for not disclosing the accident the car was involved. So, I asked for the name of “this other” company the used. I researched it pay a fee to get the car report, and boom! guess what? The accident showed up as well on this car report. Now the “it was not listed on the car report we used if so, I would have told her” TO ah! Since is there I did let her know, I would have seen it and told her.” I HAVE JUST CATCH HIM IN A LIED. After this, my Aunt didn’t trust keeping this vehicle anymore and have lost trust in DeaconJones Dealership(mind you this was the 3rd vehicle my aunt had purchased from DeaconJones) At this point the Supervisor and sells person Micheal Reeves “tried” to rectify the situation. Offered a 2021 Nissan Altima at a “good” price and had her trade in her other vehicle. Not even 5 months after this Nissan started making weird noises in the in the engine area and when the AC was turned on. She took it into the dealership and was told this is “normal” she kept driving it and it got worse. Back to the dealership, this time they decided to check it out. Some parts were replaced, she got over charged (bill when to insurance)m she paid the copayment. Was offered to trade in this car, she would have been in the hole $47K. Now let me tell you how DeaconJones took and wanted to keep taking advantage of my aunt…..My aunt speaks little English, has 0 knowledge of vehicles, or finances, as well as other things. She was given this “nice” pitch that “they” will help her find the vehicle she needed. Instead was taken for a ride that has caused her thousands of dollars. NO MORE! This Dealership needs to be reported to the “License & Theft Bureau” which is exactly what I will be doing. I don’t want to see older people that have a language, knowledge, or financial barrier to fall victim and be taken advantage off. My Aunt gave them multiple chance to rectify this problem of deception, or as they put it ‘an oversight” however, to rectify what wrong has been done. It’s NOT by selling them a more expensive vehicle in so putting them in a financial hardship. P.s. there is more to this story. However, I just wanted to share the main problems. So, that other people that are thinking of going to this dealership DeaconJones to purchase their “dream’’ for retirement or everyday car KEEP driving by. Go to a different dealership, where you will not be taken advantage of. Best of luck. More
