This was my fourth car I have purchased from AutoMax Ocala and the best experience yet! TJ asked several questions to understand what vehicle would best fit my needs. We looked at several different styles/models/brands and this guy knows his stuff!! Rattled off safety ratings, features, specs, etc. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was able to get me into a great vehicle that fit my budget. Matt completed the paperwork. The process went smooth and he explained quickly and efficiently what I was signing and made sure all my questions were answered. We finalized the sale after banking hours. Matt called me the next day to let me know I was approved through another financing company for a lower interest rate. I went back in the next day to resign the paperwork for a lower payment. The following day, I had warning light pop up. I emailed TJ and had a response and a solution very quickly. I am over the moon with this experience and how Matt and TJ both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
