I heard many folks were historically pleased with their dependable Toyotas and my coworker’s boyfriend Leroy Jones works at the service department to which she recommended this dealership and how they try to find the best options for folks. I first encountered Marlon Sabado upon walking into the dealership to which he listened and showed me some vehicles I had in mind. I researched ahead of time on the company website and loved the sticker tags posted online that had the breakdown of the miscellaneous costs and features. It makes car-buying less mysterious with costs. Marlon is patient and personable which made me feel less pressured in the process of buying a car. He knew my budget and what I was interested in, thus worked with his team to find me a car most suitable. The available cars had a wide range of affordability vs. at neighboring dealerships having pricier cars on display with more features which wasn’t what I was interested in. There’s an option to swap cars between locations as well so the inventory isn’t limited to just what’s online or on the lot. The 3rd time I visited the dealership, thinking I would settle with a swapped car, Marlon presented a simple yet snazzy 2025 RAV4 LTE, something I didn’t even know could be offered! It was even the color I desired!! After about a week, they were able to supply a silver 2025 RAV4 XLE which surpassed my expectations! Matt Worlock of the financial team provided excellent rates to consider when it came to financing. About a month earlier I went to Truist to see what my estimate APR% would be and looked at other institutions but the lienholder Toyota Financial had more competitive rates. There isn’t a penalty if you pay sooner either which I’m glad they confirmed. Ryan Spence led me through the final paperwork, signatures, and patiently explained the breakdown of each cost to my Dad and I. It’s a lot to process so for Ryan to be able to re-explain stuff helped us to make a decision and didn’t feel rushed. There’s additional warranties like a mechanical and car care plan beyond the standard manufacturer one to which you have up to 30 days to decline. After about a week of pondering, I texted Ryan to which he said he would remove the additional warranties. I’ll be on the lookout for the email, no signatures were required. I expressed I’m content with ToyotaGuard standard manufacturer 25k miles/2 years, Toyota basic warranty 36k miles/3 years, factory powertrain coverage for 60,000 miles/60 months, and Fred Anderson Family Plan to keep up with basic maintenance. The communication with the staff so far has been swift, thorough, and accessible. Thank you Marlon, Ryan, Matt & behind the scenes team for the patience, communication, and support during this big purchase! The front end staff is also wonderful. I didn’t catch names but each time I walked up, there was someone there to open the door and see if I was looking for someone or at the front desk they would warmly welcome me. More

The truck I came in to see was unavailable, but there was a better one waiting for me. The sales man, Elijah McNaughton, didn't try to upsell me or get me into a truck I didn't want. He really let the product sell itself. His amount of interaction with me was perfect. Elijah worked very well with the trade-in and finance team. He was just great. Matt Worlock, I think that was his name, the used trade-in guy gave me a fair appraisal for my truck, and helped closed the deal. The finance guy, Matthew Lawrence, was also great. He took the time to explain everything to me, and I didn't feel like he was trying to rush me out of there. He helped me find a warranty plan that was right for me. Wendy, the online sales rep that I first spoke to was also a great member of the team. She called me about an offer but it was a bad time for me to take the call. She promptly called again at my requested time. One last employee that I would like to mention, and arguably a very important one as she was my first impression of your dealership. The lady working the front desk this morning at 9am. I didn't get her name, but she was kind and inviting. She realized that I was waiting for too long (15 minutes) and she apologized sincerely and brought Elijah right over to see me. You have a great team here at your dealership, and I would 10/10 recommend y'all to my friends and family. More
