Matt Gladwell was incredibly patient and understanding in helping us choose the right vehicle and getting a great value. He was more than happy to do anything to help us feel comfortable with our purchase, a helping us choose the right vehicle and getting a great value. He was more than happy to do anything to help us feel comfortable with our purchase, and ultimately we definitely felt like we got a fantastic deal and folks were looking out for us. He even went back to our old vehicle we traded in and retrieved CDs (remember those?!) of sentimental value. The rest of the team was no different, especially the other Matt that got us through our paperwork and so forth. Their follow up has been fantastic, and we definitely will be going back for our next vehicle! More

Joey was a great salesman and did an awesome job of fielding my questions (I ask a lot). Even if I would have walked away empty-handed I still would have enjoyed how personable he and Matt from account fielding my questions (I ask a lot). The lady at the front desk marked the first impression for the dealership and she was so lovely! I want to say her name is Karen, but forgive me if I’m wrong. Did I at some point feel like I was being held hostage? Yes. Did I end up being freed with a sick new ride in tow? Also yes! All jokes aside it was a good car buying experience, about as good as I could have hoped for as a first time buyer. More

Brandon was great, very friendly and easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. Dealership is very clean and Brandon was ready to help us as soon as we arrived for our 2pm appointment. A couple of things that were a bummer: - $2000 markup on the car for “pinstripe” and “window tinting. Clear cash grab by the dealership, completely unnecessary. - hard sell from the finance guy on the extended warranty was very annoying. I had to refuse 3 separate times. More
