From the initial meeting to the days that we picked up our new vehicles and even after the fact, Justin has been top notch. Whenever we have a question he replies as soon as he can and always goes above and beyond to make sure our requests are met. When I picked up my 2018 Chevy Cruze a month ago, Justin was out in the pouring rain to change my licence plates and go over the car one more time without complaining once. It is safe to say we will be buying our vehicles from HMP and dealing with Justin for all of our future vehicles and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Pick up went smoothly, and was also quick with all paperwork prepared ahead. Matt was helpful in getting financing lined up. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. I was happy with the pricing, and did not quote elsewhere. Only concern was that I was not informed of the 'auto stop' feature on this vehicle. Would not have been a deal breaker, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. I had left the dealership when I realized it was equipped with this. It was well explained when I called back to inquire about it. Also had a small issue with a lose heat shield that was rattling after I got vehicle home. When it came time to buy the truck we narrowed down all the option and Dan did his due diligence to find us what we were looking for.
