Happy with the vehicle and salesperson Alejandro. Finance Guy Steve never told me about the financing special at 2.99% for 48months, only told me about the 72 month finance. A few days later I found Finance Guy Steve never told me about the financing special at 2.99% for 48months, only told me about the 72 month finance. A few days later I found out about the special financing and called Lexus and talked to Steve to see if we could remedy the situation, but he told me the deal was done and there was nothing he could do about it. I called Lexus financial to lodge a complaint since no manager at Lexus would answer their extension. So I'm not very happy with my experience at Lexus pembroke pines. More
