I kept seeing positive reviews about Erinwood Ford, so I made a cold call to speak with one of the sales team. Martin answered my questions and was willing to help me surprise my wife with a vehicle for her birthday. I made arrangements to visit the dealership that night, after rush hour, so to avoid the traffic on the 401 from Scarborough. Yes, I drove to Erinwood from Scarborough based on the many positive reviews, and I'm so glad that I did. Dealing with Martin and the staff at Erinwood Ford was one of the greatest Customer Service experiences I have ever encountered. Martin is welcoming, knowledgeable, personable and honest, traits all car sales personnel should have. I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Martin and the entire Erinwood Ford team. The entire buying process was pressure-free and fast. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were given a complete overview of the various systems and features while answering all of our questions on our new 2017 Convertible Mustang. Five stars from start to finish!!! What a great experience from start to finish. I contacted Erinwood Ford on Feb 10th 2017 and purchased a used vehicle the same day. He was pleasant on the phone and suggested that I test drive the vehicle. It was extremely easy (especially considering he offered to pick me up). When we arrived to the Erinwood Ford dealership I was introduced and greeted by Nick Palalas (Director) who is such an AMAZING gentleman - Nick was very professional and helpful in the buying process. I would also like to mention Martin Menzies who was kind enough to share with me additional information and more, he had a good understanding of what I needed to close the deal. I can absolutely say that this team went above and beyond to provide impeccable customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used or new vehicle!!!
