Martin I came to Erinwood Ford to buy a new car based on a recommendation from one of my close friends. He recommended that I see Mr. Martin Menzies. Martin helped me to decide on getting the 2018 Ford Edge and made sure that I got everything on it that I wanted. He was there every step of the way, giving me notifications on the progress of my new vehicle. The pickup process was just as fantastic. Although Martin couldn't be there for my pickup, he made sure that his right hand man, Sami helped me out. Outstanding service I was a first time car buyer and I was dreading the experience. However to my surprise, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. I anticipated a car salesman that was pushy and that would try and sell my the most expensive car but I was fortunate to deal with Martin Menzies. Martin was not in the business of selling me on the most expensive and unrealistic vehicle. Martin worked with me and helped me choose the RIGHT vehicle for me. Martin was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and He was very efficient at that. He was available for me at anytime of the day. He was willing to come in on his day off because it worked for me. He was able to deliver my vehicle at my convenience. I have purchased a new vehicle and I would highly recommend Martin to anyone I know. Robert makes purchasing/leasing so easy. He always provides the best information for both scenarios. I've recommended many family members, friends and neighbours to go to Robert for that very reason - and all of them have returned saying the same. Would also like to recognize Martin. Martin assisted us greatly in deciding whether to go with the Explorer Sport or XLT Sport Look. We drove both and Martin's knowledge and friendly approach put us closer the next day when we sat with Robert. It's always great to see Victor too, Victor and Robert have been a great team for many a years - and Victor remembers people so well. When we had an issue with our lift gate not staying open - Gary Banks came to our rescue. His professional approach in getting the part in quick was impressive. Gary called me, put me into a rental for the day while he and his team of mechanics had me back on the road in no time in our 2018 Sport Explorer. Thanks gentlemen so much. We'll be back. Erinwood treats you like you are the only customer, no sales hype no sales pitch. My wife and I are impressed that all new cars are kept in a small indoor garage all freshly washed, waxed and detailed. Martin, as busy as he was with appointments, never made us feel rushed. He took his time to explain all the questions my wife had. And this is why we drive 40 minutes to this dealership! Great work Erinwood! More
